Meet Natasha

Originally from North Eastern Indiana, Natasha (she/her) moved to Nashville in 2012 after getting married. She has a background in sales and business management.

Natasha’s doula adventure began after a traumatic birth experience in 2013 when her oldest was born. She began to research ‘support during labor and delivery’ and stumbled across the DONA International website. After pouring over articles and books about doula support during labor and postpartum, she knew this was her life’s work.

Natasha is a passionate advocate for birth and postpartum care and education. Her love and knowledge for birthing people and their families during this delicate time shines through her interactions with others. She loves providing families with the most updated childbirth education, helping to create a restful birthing and postpartum space, and providing information and tools so parents can feel as prepared and peaceful as possible.

Natasha is a certified birth doula (DONA) and a postpartum doula. Natasha is also a trained Lamaze childbirth educator and had been teaching group childbirth education classes since 2021.

Natasha lives in the 12 South/Belmont area in Nashville with her four lovely children Eloise, Linus, Fefe, and Josephine and her husband Jon. When she’s not helping families or momming, she loves to cuddle up with a cup of coffee and listen to audio books, walk around books stores, have a back yard picnic with the kiddos or try out a new restaurant with her spouse.

I can’t say enough good things about East Nashville Doulas, and our doula Natasha. Not only was Natasha a great source of guidance, strength, and courage for my wife throughout her pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum, but she really helped guide me through the entire process as well. It takes a special someone to instill calm and confidence into such a major life event, especially during a pandemic, and Natasha was able to do that and so much more. I would highly recommend East Nashville Doulas, 5 stars doesn’t even do them justice.

It was my first birth, and East Nashville Doulas were recommended to me by a few friends. They are worth their weight in gold!! From the first meeting with our doula, Natasha, to the followup postpartum meeting- we were in the best of hands. We were educated, and our decisions were based off of non-biased and well-researched information provided by our doula. I had an unmedicated birth as planned, thanks to having Natasha by my and my husband’s side. We couldn’t have done it without her!!!
