Meet Ellie
POSTPARTUM DOULA
Ellie (she/her) has been around babies for as long as she can remember. As the oldest girl of six children, she was often the built in baby sitter, cook, and house cleaner. She has always loved to help those in need, and once she was in college, Ellie realized how special taking care of families and babies was to her. She spent her free time learning about pregnancy and birth, and after learning what a doula was, she decided to take the next step to become a certified doula.
Ellie has recently moved to the Nashville area from Tampa FL. She finds her job as a postpartum doula very fulfilling and loves to teach parents how to take care of their newest family member and navigate the challenges that come with having a baby. She focuses on creating intentional connections with parents, and particularly enjoys helping to create effective routines for each individual situation.
Ellie has experience working with twins, single parents, immigrants from many countries, disabled parents, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She has done day shifts and night shifts, as well as live in care. She enjoys providing quality doula care to those in all walks of life, in order to create a better society for the future.
In her free time, Ellie enjoys reading books or listening to audiobooks, crocheting, snuggling with her dog, exploring Nashville, and traveling.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with our postpartum doulas, Brayta and Courtney.
The majority of our time was spent with our overnight doula, Brayta. She was a godsend—literally the reason I’ve made it through motherhood. This was our first child, and Brayta helped support me through long nights, frustrating nursing sessions, milk spills, all of it. Her patience and kindness were truly a blessing. She not only supported my journey as a mother but also took wonderful care of our baby.
