Meet Rebecca

Rebecca is currently on maternity leave & not taking new clients.
Rebecca was born and raised in Vermont, and has lived in Nashville since 2015. She has always been drawn to helping others through problem-solving and emotional care, and she has found in her doula work the perfect job for her skill set.

Rebecca came to birth work through her volunteer work on the African continent and in Israel. She spent 6 months counseling vulnerable women in Uganda and Rwanda, and she also spent time in Israel helping African refugees find informational support as they adjusted to living in a new country. Her rewarding experiences with these jobs led her to want to do more of the work of supporting families in transformational times.

Rebecca's calming presence is a gift to all of the families that she serves. She has the heart of a helper, and she thinks outside the box to give you the support you need.

When Rebecca is not supporting families, she enjoys painting & drawing, and eating Ethiopian food with her husband, Bereket, as it is his home cuisine.
